Raspberry Pi 5 – Powerful Optimized Mini Computer
Raspberry Pi 5
Recently, There is an announcement by Raspberry Pi Foundation for the launch of Raspberry Pi 5 a more power, optimized minicomputer to give hand-on experience for a variety of applications. It will be available to customers at the end of October.
Priced with in budget at $60 for the 4GB variant, and $80 for its 8GB sibling (tax excluded), every aspect of the Pi 5 platform has been upgraded, delivering a no-compromises user experience. Raspberry Pi 5 is coming with new features, it’s over twice as fast as its predecessor, and it’s the first Raspberry Pi computer to feature silicon designed in‑house in Cambridge, UK.
Pi 5 Featuring a 64-bit quad-core Arm Cortex-A76 processor running at 2.4GHz. It can deliver a 2–3× increase in CPU performance relative to Raspberry Pi 4. Alongside a substantial uplift in graphics performance from an 800MHz Video Core VII GPU; dual 4Kp60 display output over HDMI; and state-of-the-art camera support from a rearchitected Raspberry Pi Image Signal Processor, it provides a smooth desktop experience for consumers, and opens the door to new applications for industrial customers
